Mechanical Design Engineer
 
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for conceptualization, 3D design, 2D detailing, testing and final setup for new development of high precision / speed electro-mechanical system/equipment
2.Review and continuously improve on machine designs, features and work processes of existing machine
3.Support RFQ proposal, documentation for manual, ECN, work instruction, specification and test plan
4.Support product migration from prototype to volume production
5.Conduct installation, training and troubleshooting of machine in-house or at customers’ sites
6.Work with vendors and suppliers on component sourcing, test and selection

Requirements:
1.Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with min 1 year of related experience for automated machine in semiconductor / SMT industry
2.Experience in using Solid Edge & Solid Works
3.Knowledge of GDT, FMEA, DOE and Root Cause Analysis will be an advantage
4.Candidate must be willing to travel as and when required
