- Facilitates the site CoW implementation and conduct gap assessment to the defined standard.
- Provide expertise on the application of robust: risk assessment, isolation philosophy and plant re-instatement and provide advice and expertise for a successful control of work implementation.
- Actively involved in CoW Steering Committee and the delivery of the annual CoW activity plan.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, H&SE
- Significant experience in the oil industry - min. 10 years with site operational experience.
- Deep CoW experience.
- Track record of leading capability change.
- The candidate will have been a member of a Site team and would have prior accountability for the application of the CoW process at the site.
- Strong skills in training and coaching personnel from various skill levels.
