They have an established reputation as a reliable supplier of oil & gas equipment and has a complete turnkey capability in all areas of process equipment and plant supply from integrated design (FEED) through to engineering, fabrication, commissioning and testing.
Through networked offices in strategic locations in South East Asia and the Middle East our client can offer a unique blend of in-house design and fabrication skills. This is supplemented by support and facilities access through its major shareholder, the Al Jaber Group.

Their business within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) process equipment market is summarised below:
SECTION 2: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
All Key Responsibilities and Objectives applicable to Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer and Principal Process engineer functions in addition to the following: Coordinate all activities of the Process Engineering Group
• Assign process personnel to projects and proposal activities;
• Assign departmental development activities to process personnel and supervise
those activities;
• Determine training requirements of process personnel and arrange provision of
training via Engineering Manager
Assist in company Business Development Activities in support of Companies Business Development Department
• Participate in Sales & Marketing activities on request from Business Development Department and Engineering Manager
• Participate with Business Development Department and Engineering Manager in discussions relating to, and execution of GPS entry into technology areas that are new to Company. Participate in discussions with potential technology partners
SECTION 3: POSITIONS UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION:
Process Engineers, Senior Process Engineers, Principal Process Engineers.
SECTION 4: TOTAL NUMBER OF POSITIONS UNDER CONTROL:
(Include all positions under direct subordinates)
NUMBER: The total Process Engineering Group. Number variable, but anticipated up to 20.
SECTION 5: DUTIES AND GOALS:
• Assign work activities to all members of the GPS Dubai Process Group
• Supervise all process engineering activities on GPS projects to ensure completion of work scope, in accordance with project schedule, within budgeted manhours
• Bring to the attention of Engineering Manager any additional process resource
requirements, in terms of personnel numbers, technology expertise and software
requirements
• Support other engineering disciplines
• Support proposals and projects departments
• Assist company to win contract tenders and complete projects on time and in budget
• Broaden company's technological expertise
SECTION 6: ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
(Educational qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience level required)
Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 12 years process engineering experience mostly in design
Strong process simulation experience
Past experience of leading projects and supervision of a team of process engineers
Strong communication skills
SECTION 7: DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
(Other qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position)
Extensive experience in project execution gained in a process plant contracting company
On-site commissioning and/or operations experience
This role is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Western Candidates.

- Onshore early production facilities (OEPF) for sale
- Onshore complete gas processing facilities
- LPG, Mini LNG production facilities (lease or sale)
- Provision of E&I site construction services
