The Singapore office is the Asian hub for all activities to their Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Process Plants clients etc in the region. In line with their expansion plan and an ever increasing workbook within the region, they seek the services of technically astute and effective Commissioning Manager/Engineers.

Responsibilities:

As a Commissioning Engineer, your responsibilities will take you from the initial formulation/implementation of all pre-commissioning & commissioning plans to acting as liaison with the contractors/suppliers in handling all activities including procedure writing up, documentation submission etc. Your experience would have seen you responsible for supervision and training of staff and subcontractors for functional loop checks, vendor coordination & supervision for start-up, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for marine systems and equipment.   

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should be a degree qualified possess a minimum of 5 years experience in Oil&Gas or Mining construction projects, and with strong exposure to preparation on EPCI packages. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
