Our Client ( Oil and Gas Company ) is currently recruiting for Company Site
Representative ( CSR ) and Pipeline Supervisor ( PS )-Urgently
Company Site Representative ( CSR )
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise all facets of construction activities, load-out and sea fastening to ensure that schedule, budget and technical requirements are met.
• Monitor construction and load-out planning and propose mitigations actions when necessary.
• Provide support to the Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (URF) Flowline Group throughout engineering and welding/AUT/FJC qualification phases.
ADMINISTRATION:
• Represent Company towards Contractor's
• Focal point of contact for Contractor Site teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide reporting function
• Become thoroughly conversant with project documentation, specifications and procedures.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
• Oversee all aspects of multi-jointing (stalk and quad-joints) construction testing and load-out activities and ensure industry best-practice principles are applied to the Project.
• Lead / participate in Design / Construction Reviews, HAZID / ENVID, Constructability Review workshops and risk assessments etc.
• Resolve construction, integration and testing interface issues and technical queries, in conjunction with other disciplines engineers.
ADVICE AND LEADERSHIP:
• Provide technical and team leadership for all aspects of multi-jointing construction and load-out activities.
• Anticipate, identify and resolve detailed technical issues in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Be able to cope with a large number of ongoing activities including the ability to prioritize resolution to areas of highest risk to the Project.
• Be able to work with a wide variety of personnel within Company and with interfacing contractors/sub-contractors to resolve issues and conflicts to achieve the best outcome for the Project.
• Excellent communications skills.

The following Qualifications and Experience are a requirement of this position:
• 12 years+ experience in onshore fabrication / construction activities within the oil and gas industry. Experience in pipe multi-jointing / spoobase (stalk and/or quad joint fabrication) is required for this position;
• Experience with welding, coating, FJC, AUT, NDT and pipe handling / load-out / spooling work activities;
• Experience with managing a team of inspectors (work supervision, manpower rotation plans, reporting, recruiting, schedule execution);
• Experience with monitoring site Quality and HSES as per Client requirements;
• Proven track record holding similar positions with other projects;
• Current working knowledge in areas of: fabrication / materials / welding / coating / field joint coating / AUT / NDT / testing of linepipes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures
• Computer literate.

Pipeline Supervisor ( PS )
As a Pipeline Supervisor , you will work with the pipeline
design team on onshore or offshore feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering,
FEED, detailed design and EPC/ EPCM projects. You will also have the overall
responsible for the manhour & schedule monitoring and control and quality
of the work produced. Your primary involvement in a typical project will
include:
·Develop pipeline design basis
·Prepare pipeline material, coating, testing and
installation specifications
·Prepare pipeline material requisition, perform
technical bid evaluation/analysis and vendor data review.
·Perform pipelines mechanical calculations
including line pipes and bend material grade and
wall thickness; buckling check; curvature;
spanning, VIV and expansion calculations
·Perform pipeline on-bottom stability analysis;
riser and expansion spool stress analysis.
·Perform pipeline crossing and external corrosion
protection design.
·Perform pipeline route selection, trenching/
backfilling and crossing design.
·Perform pipeline material and internal and
external corrosion study/design.
·Perform pipeline installation analysis/ study.
·Provide material take off and bill of materials.
·Prepare scope of work, manhour and cost
estimates for proposals.
·Groom young pipeline engineers and provide
advice to peers in his field of expertise.
Qualifications
The following Qualifications and Experience are a requirement of this position:
·possess at least Degree level qualifications in
Mechanical / Marine / Civil & Structural Engineering minimum 10 years
experience in pipeline engineering design work .
·a competent user of pipeline engineering
software – AutoPipe, AGA & Offpipe.
·Experience in flexible pipes and umbilical is an
advantage. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
·The ability to lead and function as part of a
multi-disciplinary engineering team to maintain clear understanding of design
