Progressive Global Energy is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer for a project of 10 months in Nigeria.

Currently the Oil & Gas business is developing in Nigeria and for a local FEED project is seeking an experienced International Lead Engineer Oil & Gas.

The job, you are responsible for the coordination and support of engineering activities like:
* Liaise between project management and local-engineers
* Take responsibility for fulfilling-engineering scope, checking calculations and
analyses
* Take part in the Engineering-process regarding critical design decisions and
workbreakdown
* Control project scope / targets and deliverables that support the contractual
agreement of the Basic Design and Engineering Package
* Proactively manage changes in project scope / identify potential crises and
devise contingency plans
* Take part in multiple-workshop sessions with stakeholders and project-team
members regarding lessons learned / QHSE / telecom IT / Human Factors
Engineering for workplaces / cost estimation / ITT preparation and site Peer
reviews
* Track-project milestones and deliverables
* Report on progress / issues and concerns / to the project manager
* Support ITT bid-preparation


About you:
* University or Bachelor Electrical and/or Industrial Automation
* You are fluent in English
* Minimum 5 years of Lead Engineering experience in Oil & Gas multidisciplinary Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, IT, and Control & Automation projects
* Experience FEED projects
* Experience Shell procedures
* Start asap(!)

* A contract for 10 months with the option to extend
