Our client, large privately-held operator in Dallas is seeking an aggressive, goal-oriented, outgoing Operations Engineer that is looking for an opportunity to join a lean organization with tremendous growth potential.

Qualifications:
-preferably 2-8 years of experience with an oil & gas operator.
-background in production, operations or completions.
-bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or a related field.
-authorization to work within the United States without requiring sponsorship
-Managing day to day operations issues including but not limited to analyzing lease operating expenses, monitoring and remedying well failures, implementing chemical programs and negotiating service contracts
-Developing, budgeting and implementing capital programs
-Budgeting and planning lease operating expenses and expense workover programs
-Managing asset performance including production volumes, reservoir analysis and project implementation
-Project implementation includes drilling, completions, workovers, facilities and equipment upgrades
-Manage non-operated working interest
-Working interest owner acquisitions.
