ENGINEERING JOBS
Our client is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following posts for the project of LNG Production facilities
1. QC ENGINEER (FL-01)
• University degree or equivalent in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience preferably in the Oil & Gas business
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control in engineering design with direct FEED experience, fabrication/manufacturing and inspection coordination
• Having knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing
• Must be trained and familiar in NDT methods (having RT and other certification is considered an advantage
• Having experience in materials source inspections
• Familiar with industry standard such as ASME, API, ISO, DNV, ASTM and Classification Codes and othe relevant standards/codes
• Familiar with regulatory requirements, particularly in Oil & Gas, and classification, permit and regulatory requirements.
2. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (FL-02)
• University degree or equivalent in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical, Mechanical Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, as Instrument and controls discipline with the instrument and control system design, construction, and start-up of LNG plants as minimum including ideally offshore oil and gas production platforms and facilities.
• Extensive experience in FEED & EPC engineering activity related to instrumentation and control system design of LNG / Offshore oil and gas production platforms and facilities.
• Knowledge and working experience of control and safety system design including instrument engineering (including flow metering & analyzer system), process control and safety instrumented system (ICSS), fire and gas system, HIPPS system, package system and Asset Management system.
• Knowledge and experience with requirement of HAZOP, SIL and QRA studies including the likes of general design rules for SIS implementation and SIL validation.
• Knowledge and working experience with instrument and control design software
• Familiarity with the related standards and codes
