• Should possess hands on experience in handling Process Engineering softwares like PIPENET, FLARESIM, etc.

Instrument Engineer

Job Summary:
Provide technical and project execution services; responsibility of performing Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Industrial, Instruments / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• One (1) to four (4) years experience in instrument engineering design in the Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical and related industries
• Self motivated, good attitude and willing to take responsibility
• Conversant with International Codes and Standards and Engineering Practices used in the industry – API, ASME & ISA etc.
• Good engineering knowledge of DCS, ESD, process Instrumentation, custody metering analyzer and functional safety in process plants.
• Experience with Intools/ Smart Plant Instrument is an advantage.


Main Accountabilities:
Main scopes of engineering deliverables performed include:
• Perform technical tasks assigned by Lead/Senior engineer on feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design and EPC/ EPCM projects
• Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of the work produced and the assigned tasks are completed on time
• Liaise with other departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors and third parties as per Lead Engineer s instruction
• Participate in inter-disciplines, project, client and vendor meetings when requested by the Lead Engineer

Pipeline Engineer
• Shall have a minimum of 4 years experience and above as Pipeline Engineering in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects
• Shall have a n Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent)
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards and common industry practices for design of subsea pipelines, risers and associated facilities
• Should have working experience in various pipeline engineering design activities, including:
• Pipeline and riser mechanical design such as thickness, stability, expansion, spanning, collapse, etc
• Pipeline, riser and spool stress analysis
• Have a working knowledge of offshore construction and equipment
• Shall have experience in preparation of MTO s, Cost Estimates, schedules, material and equipment specifications and data sheets
• Shall be Computer literate, i.e. shall be able to work on MS Office or equivalent. Experience in the use of AutoPIPE software is preferred. Experience in the use of industry standard software packages would also be an advantage

Piping Engineer

Job Requirements:
• Should possess a degree in preferably, Mechanical engineering
• Should have minimum 4 years experience and above as Piping Engineering in stress analysis of piping for offshore wellhead and compression platform or onshore oil/gas processing platform in an engineering organization using Caesar II software
• Must have experience in analyzing piping connected to static vessels, exchangers, pumps, compressors, Fin fan coolers etc., and preparation of datasheets for spring supports
• Experience in preparation of piping and valve material specification, piping specialty items datasheets would be an added advantage
• Should be computer literate, i.e. familiar with MS Office or equivalent. Experiences in 3D software (PDS or PDMS) would be an added advantage
• Should possess good communication skills in English language
• Should be willing to be based in Jakarta or Balikpapan
• Should be able to work effectively in a team and maintain good quality of work



Electrical Engineer
• Should have an Engineering degree from a recognized university
• Should have at least 4 years experience and above as Electrical Engineer in an engineering organization of oil and gas industry for Offshore and Onshore projects and/or petrochemical/power plant projects. Minimum 10 years experience can be considered for Senior Electrical Engineer position
• Should be conversant with electrical engineering analysis software such as ETAP / EDSA for conducting and concluding the various studies (covering Load Flow, Short Circuit, Transient Stability, Motor Starting, Relay Coordination, Harmonic Analysis studies). Having exposure to working in 3D projects utilizing PDS / PDMS would be an added advantage
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards (NEC, ANSI, IEC, NEMA, etc.)
• Should have working experiences in various electrical design activities, including but not limited to:
• Calculations (such as Lighting, Earthing and Cable Sizing)
• Electrical layout preparation (such as Cable and Cable Tray Layouts, Lighting Layouts, including Layouts etc.)
• Electrical Bulk Material Take Off (MTOs) and familiar with electrical equipment selection for hazardous area environments (both NEC and IEC)
• Should have knowledge in computer literate, i.e. MS Office or equivalent. Having experiences on 2D CAD tools such as AutoCAD and/or Microstation, 3D modeling tools (PDS or PDMS) exposure would be preferable and an added advantage

PRE-COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
Job Purpose:
The primary objective of the position is to coordinate the engineering activities and the offshore operations for the pre-commissioning workscope of the projects.
 
Reporting Lines and Interactions:
Within the Company:
• Project Manager
Project Engineers in charge of pipeline installation, umbilical, jumper and spool, flying lead, manifold
Planner and Contract Engineer
• Support Sections such as installation, subsea remote intervention, structural engineering, drafting, procurement, etc.

Outside the Company:
• Pre-commissioning subcontractors and suppliers
• Client project representatives
• Third party project representatives (Subsea Production System and Topside Contractor)
• Verification and Classification Societies and other relevant Institutions
 
Main Accountabilities:
• Participate to tender review as required (execution plan, qualifications, schedule)
• Assist with the engineering associated with the pre-commissioning activities under direction from the project manager and installation lead engineer
• Review and familiarisation of Company required scope of work, project specifications and standards related to pre-commissioning work scopes
• Develop specific project pre-commissioning method statement including overall philosophy, MDR (procedure and as-built documentation)
• Prepare scope of work and Invitation To Tender (ITT) for the pre-commissioning subcontract of umbilicals, flowlines and oil/gas export lines
• Identify the pre-commissioning personnel and equipment list requirement including consumables and spare to minimize cost for Technip
• Optimize strategy of umbilical and flowline laying sequence associated to the pre-com activities
• Participate to project budget forecast and schedule including activity timings for the supply of pre-commissioning services
• Review of subcontractor proposal and organize clarification meeting with the contract engineer. Prepare subcontractor evaluation and comparison (technical compliance of solutions, contractual compliance with contract, project work time schedule compliance, cost comparison). Assist with the selection of pre-commissioning subcontractor
• Follow-up with awarded subcontractor (day to day), review of pre-commissioning subcontractor procedures, specific equipment design, as-built documentation and ensure that compliance with the required scope of work and specifications. Ensure that pre-commissioning procedures are available in due time
• Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces with project team, pre-commissioning subcontractors, client and third party contractor and report on status of work, potential delays, problems, etc
• Participate to project HAZID sessions, operation readiness review, operation review, safety design review, constructability review regarding pre-com activities as required
• Attend site survey (lay vessels, platform and FPSO) to review pre-com equipment deck layout & utilities requirement, Site Integration Tests (SITs), Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) including photos/written report as required
• Attend subcontractor equipment review prior to mobilization (function test, review of equipment certification and calibration package)
• Ensure subcontractor equipment and personnel are mobilized according to the offshore operation schedule
• Overseas travel during engineering and offshore installation phases
Follow-up pre-commissioning activities on the work site and report to the offshore construction manager
• Ensure that safety issues are addressed during the installation engineering
• During and on completion of the project capture and record the key negative and/or positive lessons learnt regarding the project pre-commissioning activities (engineering phase, offshore operations, personnel and equipment logistic, planning, QHSE, contract and cost)

INSTALLATION ENGINEER

Main Accountabilities:
Control Project Finance under the direction and supervision of the Discipline Lead Cost Controller and/or Project Manager, in particular:
• Company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Project reports accurately reflect the current commercial status of the project and the likely outcome at completion

ACTIVITY
• Receive all project-related invoices. Code, check and distribute invoices for approval. Monitor disputes. Take copies of all project invoices
• Raise sales invoices and submit to client. Monitor payment & notify Project Manager of any late payments
• Update Project Costs to include "actual/ commitments/forecast" and reconcile to financial systems on a monthly basis. Submit cost report to Project Manager / Business Services Manager discipline to review and update forecast. Issue final monthly forecast
• Monitor Project foreign currencies (revenue and expenses). Inform the Project Manager and treasury of any exposures. Prepare monthly cashflow report for Accounts Department
• Set up Project cashflow for each major currency. Produce cashflow graph for monthly forecast
