The Company was incorporated in 1978 to oversee operations in onshore concession areas covering approximately 21,000 square kilometers including five of the most important mainland oilfields in the region. During the first quarter of 2006, the inauguration of the North East BAB has been started.

Job Purpose & Scope                                                                                          
The Senior Well Integrity Engineer is the focal point for the asset wells integrity activities via:
·   Advising field production and operation on integrity threats and gaps in coordination with the senior well integrity coordinator in Abu Dhabi (i.e.  SAP, down hole integrity/corrosion casing inspection & repair) and prepare and communicate periodic integrity reports about these threats.  
·   Providing Awareness/ guidance to involved parties on integrity requirements, process & procedures.
·   Coordinate with the Senior Well Integrity Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to assist fields to develop and prepare annual wells integrity plan.
·   Assisting in MOC applications/reviews and provide guidance and  participate in integrity assurance/ reviews .
·    Complete and ensure timely and accurate data / inputs in appropriate data sources.

Work Interfaces
·Maintain regular contact with Field production and Operations focal points/ Senior Well Integrity Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to plan, discuss business needs.
·Maintain frequent contacts with the Senior Well Integrity Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to facilitate the communication with consultants / contractors and technology providers to discuss business enhancement.
Key Accountabilities
·Follow up and make sure the production procedures and Corporate Integrity Standards related to wells integrity are adopted properly by operations and production teams.
·Ensure field  production and operations are applying and complying with  well integrity management requirements
·Ensure adequate wells integrity through monitoring, preventive/corrective maintenance by field production and operations.

Main Duties
· Assure that corporate process is applied, maintained and adhered via WIMS performance, health checks, Quality assurance and fitness for service.
· Coordinate with Senior Well Integrity Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to provide technical support related to WIMS requirements and communicate operating/critical envelops limit for operated wells.
·  Review/verify QA/QC relevant to WIM and share wells production and operations programs.
·  As required, communicate and assure the updated Well Integrity standards and manuals are properly adopted by field production and operations.
·  Liaise with the senior well integrity coordinator in Abu Dhabi to ensure all involved parties are aligned with the well integrity requirements for operation phase.
·  Review reports of Well Integrity testing and track remedial actions to ensure all outstanding Well Integrity issues are captured in well integrity database for mitigating solutions in timely manners.
·  Complete and incorporate scattered data of well integrity into the WIDA System for better related monitoring System.
·  Communicate the analysis and trends of integrity threats to field involved parties and management.
·  Ensure that verified well integrity lessons learned are captured and communicated to production and operations concerned parties.
·  Ensure all Well Integrity works are managed either riglessly and/or being captured in wells prognosis and work over programs.
·  Coordinate with the Senior well integrity coordinator to provide technical support to field production and  operations for well intervention problems and solutions.
·  Ensure field production and operations perform work in accordance with the company’s established HSE rules, regulations and approved procedures and intervene to stop unsafe acts and practices.
· Identify integrity opportunities; sustain integrity system improvements by recommending integrity best practices & capturing end user feedback.
· Provide assurance to field production and operation, by coordinating with WI and with Engineering & Projects to ensure compliance with integrity requirements of the new projects (assistance in the preparation of SOW & interpretation of integrity requirements & deliverables).
·  Assist the production and operations to identify the strengths, weaknesses and gaps.
·  As assigned, perform WIMS related duties such as participating in multi-divisional task forces, working groups, incident investigation teams relevant to well integrity technical issues within the field.
· Understand and promote the company’s health, safety & environmental policy and objectives; perform work in accordance with the company’s established rules, regulations and approved procedures; intervene to stop unsafe acts and practices; and is accountable for the well being and safety of own self and others, including all contracted labor force – unskilled, semiskilled, and skilled.
· Plan, direct and actively participate in the ongoing training and development of own self and subordinates with special emphasis on UAE Nationals. This includes assessing employees’ training and development needs, directing the preparation of structured development programs, monitoring progress and counseling trainees on alternative career paths and job profiles available in the company.
