The Senior Appointments and Executive Search Division at
Progressive Global Energy have been asked to resource an Operations
Manager for a medium sized Drilling Contractor based in Aberdeen.
This role will involve managing multiple North Sea rigs with input to business strategy and operational goals and objectives, managing a team of rig managers
You will be responsible for all ongoing operational activity with focus on safety and wellbeing of on and offshore staff.
The ideal candidate for this role will be currently managing more than one offshore installation with an established drilling contractor, looking for the next step in their career.
This is a staff role, paying a salary in the region of £120k and £150k per annum, along with benefits and bonuses. This will be depend on the experience of the candidate.
