Project Management / Engineering Professional
Saudi Arabia - Yanbu

Responsibilities:

• Provide project specialized technical support in recognized engineering fields or in project controls.
• Within a Project Management Consulting role, the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing contractor plans and performance to assure compliance with contractual quality, schedule, and cost compliance. This involves control of scheduling, development of construction methods, accountability for progress and costs, utilization of manpower and material, and physical inspection of workmanship for compliance with plans and specifications.
• Working within the project management team and design team to identify opportunity, establish project objectives, identify alternatives, and report deviations on scope, cost, or schedule.
• Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.  Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertakes surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. Conducts and coordinates on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in one or more recognized engineering fields or in project controls.
• Required skill(s): Ideal candidates will have extensive project experience within the petrochemical & Refinery industry in any of the recognized engineering fields or Project Controls
• Required language(s): English
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
