  1. Engineering Team Lead Onsite Receiving Facilities & Infrastructure
Role synopsis   The individual will be accountable for the engineering, of the Onshore Receiving facilities (ORF) and infrastructure for the Tangguh Expansion Project. This is an engineering management role within the Tangguh Expansion Project team and carries significant responsibility. The role reports directly to the Engineering Manager.

The ORF and Infrastructure ETL will lead and direct a multinational team of discipline engineers, to ensure the safe design and quality build of the new facilities. The role will involve close coordination with other engineering teams for offshore facilities and process trains an ensure integrated design for the Tangguh Expansion Project.

Key accountabilities 
· Ensure the safe design and quality build of the onshore receiving facilities and infrastructure for the Tangguh Expansion Project
· Lead the client project team in providing assurance of the contractors' engineering quality through design and detailed engineering in line with Tangguh Expansion values of safe design and quality build Demonstrate HSSE leadership by example. Set the highest standards of personal and process safety across the team ensure procedures and systems are in place to sustain them
· Ensure clear measurement and reporting systems are in place to monitor engineering quality and project progress and foster a culture of openness within project team and contractors
· Represent BP’s standards and expectations to the EPC contractor and sub-contractors and ensure that the highest standards of engineering are implemented to ensure successful project delivery
· Recruit, develop and maintain a high quality multi-disciplined engineering team and ensure the project meets with the requirements of BP's CVP (Capital Value Process) at all stages
· Ensure continual clarity on priorities and provide the overall context for the engineering teams deliverables within the Tangguh Expansion Project
· Manage internal and external communications and interfaces for the team Coordinate closely with drilling and onshore facilities project teams to ensure clarity of scope and seamless project execution planning
· Ensure that BP's project assurance processes are implemented across the area of accountability, and that regular reviews are carried out to ensure compliance
· Act as a delegated Single Point Accountability that ensures the delivery of the engineering design within the framework of Project Capital Value Process

Essential Education  
· At minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering Discipline from reputable university

Essential experience and job requirements           
·A minimum of 15 years relevant experience in major oil and gas capital projects, at least 8 years at Engineering Team Leader or Manager level
·Chartered member of an Engineering Institute or similar professional body
· Experienced in managing the engineering of major EPC work scopes ($US>500MM) for a client or PSC company, preferably onshore
·Proven track record in engineering, and experience of the fabrication and installation of major infrastructure and oil and gas facilities
·Experienced in managing contractors in the design and detailed engineering
·Experienced in the implementation of assurance processes to manage large capital projects
·Ability to demonstrate effective project management and leadership skills in multi-national teams
·Proven track record in setting expectations and delivering high standards of HSSE performance
·Good understanding of business drivers and the ability to align project goals
·Advanced understanding of costs (capital, operating, life cycle) and estimating techniques,
·Proven track record in the performance management of Contractors responsible for major capital work scopes in the Oil and Gas industry
·Experienced in application of a staged gate project management process, and engineering technical practices.
·Able to engage and work with operations personnel, stakeholders and parallel project teams
·Strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia

2.      Lead Mechanical Engineer – Tangguh Expansion Project (Level G)
Key accountabilities
Management and overall accountability for the mechanical discipline at the asset providing guidance on scope and priority in support of safe and reliant operation.
Manage, direct and support a team of mechanical engineers.
Ensure the rigorous application of BP and Industry engineering codes, standards, practices and design guides for the Mechanical Discipline.
Carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects as required.
Contribute to safety reviews, risk assessments and investigations as the Mechanical Discipline focal point.
Maintain high level of expertise and capability in discipline and provide support/direction to the Asset Mechanical Engineers.
Provide technical support for / lead Management of Change proposals as necessary
Support/Advise or Lead Engineering studies where mechanical discipline input is required.

Essential Education
A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Essential experience and job requirements
Degree Qualified in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing or maintaining a wide range of mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of relevant Codes, Standards and applicable Regulations
Knowledge of mechanical systems & equipment
Proven technical engineer possessing excellent interpersonal, coaching, team leadership and analytical skills
Extensive experience in designing or maintaining a wide range of mechanical equipment.
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.

3.      Regional Mechanical Technical Authority (Level G/F)
Role Synopsis:
Region Technical Authorities are expert in Mechanical engineering. The Mechanical Engineering TA is a primary source of technical advice in mechanical areas to the EA (Engineering Authority) within the Region.

Key Accountabilities:
Region ME Technical Authority shall:
Advise the EA and Region staff on issues relating to Mechanical Engineering and equipment / facilities technical integrity.
Technically evaluate and advise on the use of appropriate specifications, standards, practices and design guidelines, including exceptions to the BP ETPs (Engineering Technical Practices), region STPs (Standard Technical Practices) and industry standards to support project, plant modification and improvement
Serve as a principal resource to the Region EA for the development of the Region STPs
Be involved / consulted in Risk management (ISD, Hazid, Hazop, Lopa, API 14J) that relates to ME (Mechanical Equipment).
Conduct RCFA on incidents related to ME and provide proper improvement plan
Technically evaluate the SCS (Safety Critical System) related to ME to meet the performance standard. Advise maintenance and inspection frequencies and techniques to meet the target availability and reliability.
Actively participate in BP technical networks / communities of interest, maintaining a strong awareness of technical learning, advances within ME area. Link with the ME Segment Technical Authorities and SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) to understand ETP / risk-related issues, and network on potential exceptions
Facilitating the health of ME discipline activities – development program, CoP (Community of Practice) shared learning.

Essential Education
At minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Master degree

Essential experience and job requirements Essential criteria:
Minimum of 15 years continues experience in Oil & Gas industry experience – offshore and onshore projects and operations, with at least 5 years as Lead engineer
Expert knowledge of design, selection and application of ME including Pressure Vessel, Piping, Heat Exchanger, Valve in oil & gas offshore and onshore projects and facilities.
Expert knowledge in Risk Based lnspection and Maintenance of ME within the hydrocarbon gas processing and LNG industry.
Proven capability to provide ME technical guidance and assurance for major projects / operations, Knowledgeable of key engineering contractors and ME suppliers
Expert knowledge and experience in Commissioning, Start up, Operational and Reliability Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment.
Having expert knowledge of international codes and standard associated with ME, including evaluating deviations or exemptions to established specifications and standards.
Expert knowledge and experience in risk management techniques (ISD / Hazop / Lopa / API 14J)
Proven experience and participating in RCFA and incident investigations
Having good facilitating and Leadership skills
Willing to regularly travel to site as and when required
