Senior Drilling Engineer, Ghanaian Nationals

One of the world's leading oilfield services company supplying technology and integrated project management to the E&P industry are looking to expand their team size. They optimize reservoir performance for customers in the oil and gas industry in of over 140 nationalities working in approximately 85 countries. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Drilling engineer, to join their existing successful team.

This is a staff role FOR Ghanaian nationals . Other essential requirements include:
-Degree level education, preferably in a related/relevant discipline.
-Minimum 3- 5 years industry experience
-Good working knowledge with drilling & wells projects and wells maintenance -execution activities
-Excellent in Office software applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)

The role:
-Reviews and approves the Well Proposal and Basis of Design and follows the execution of programs technically and operationally
-Reviews and approves Well Programs and End-of-Well reports
-Reviews and approves well operations procedures e.g. Casing running and cementing
-Participates in selection and evaluation of service companies, suppliers and equipment
-Ensures proper communication with relevant parties (client, segments, third parties, etc)
-Participates in cost control of programs Vs AFE by analyzing solutions.
