We are a multi-national petroleum service company in the oil and gas sector, with our office located at South Jakarta. As our community development responsibility, we intend to provide opportunities for Indonesian young people to join and learn with us in the apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities:
  • To learn and get experience to perform administration tasks according to company standard operating procedures under close supervision.
  • To learn and get experience on preparing and completing all worksheets, administrative forms legibly and to maintain it in the appropriate location.
  • To assist department secretary in administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Preferable Single.
  • Indonesian citizen, male or female
  • Not older than 25 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor (S1) or  Diploma Degree from a reputable university.
  • Good command of English both oral & written.
  • Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of unemployment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skill.
  • In good health condition
