As this role will be a NPD focused role, the responsibilities will include the following:
* Complete tool design from concept to prototype manufacture
* Documenting test plans, design reviews, supervising testing programmes
* Prepare monthly project status reports for Engineering Manager
* Supervising and coordinating initial assemblies and dismantles of new design tools
