Progressive Global Energy are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to fill a highly sought after position within one of the top tier global service companies in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The role involves maintaining and growing business throughout the UK and Netherlands within multiple completion products.

Responsible for a team of 9, the right person must have management experience as well as the determinition to reach and exceed team sales targets.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the following:
* Experience managing and co-ordinating a team
* Strong track record in sales
* Ability to develop and monitor business plans
* Excellent market knowledge and strong business sense
* Sales and marketing systems e.g. CRM, TAS

The ideal candidate would benefit from the following;
* Extensive knowledge of completions (ideally within sand management or reservoir monitoring).
*Strong sales contacts within drilling & completions companies

This is a staff position based in Aberdeen with the following package on offer

* Basic Salary between £82 - 85 K
* Car Allowance - £5 K
* Substantial bonus scheme
