International Oil and Gas services company have a need for a new Business Development Manager to cover the Upstream sales for the Norwegian business. You will either be based out of the offices in Stavanger or Bergen.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a strong technical sales background in the Norwegian Oil and Gas sector. Coupled with this you must also be fluent in both Norwegian and English. Only candidates who meet these will be contacted.

ENGINEERING JOBS

As part of this role you will be expected to further develop the client base of the company in targeted geographical regions. You will be responsible for establishing and achieving sales targets, both on a monthly and annual basis. As part of this you will take part in all tender negotiations and provide weekly reports back to senior managers within the business.

Other duties will include monitoring of competitors and the market in general, in addition to mentoring of new people within the business.

It is expected that you will have an engineering or business related degree and extensive work experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas sector. Extensive travel will be involved in the role, both nationally and internationally.
