Reservoir Engineer is urgently needed to fill a position in Houston,TX with a small independent oil and gas company.

Progressive Global Energy & Natural Resources specializes in delivering first-rate professionals to the Oil & Gas industry. I work specifically with Reservoir Engineers and have been hired to execute an executive search to fill this role as soon as possible.

Description:
* Responsible for monitoring and optimizing reservoir performance for both operated and non-operated Gulf Coast properties.
* Work closely with members of the operations and commercial teams to optimize recovery and minimize cost.
* Develop and implement depletion and production optimization strategies, workover and recompletion programs, engineering evaluations of prospective production property acquisitions, and coordination.
* Experience in performing reserve analysis for development decisions, acquisitions and divestitures and quantifying risks and mitigation factors.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Reservoir or Petroleum Engineering from aU.S.
* Recent experience in Gulf Coast properties
* Experience in Reservoir Management, Surveillance
* Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.; either U.S.citizen or permanent resident (possess Green Card).
* Greater than 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry
