Progressive Global Energy are working in partnership with a world leading oil and gas organization in sourcing a talented and experienced Integrity Engineer.

The position is with the companies Offshore, Projects & Operations Division, for the Producer, currently based in Hamburg. The successful applicant will require to be flexible in their approach to location and work pattern for the Pre-operations phase of the project

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- The management of all integrity issues for the EnQuest Producer FPSO including but not limited to piping, pipelines, vessels and similar equipment. Also provide to support other assets if required.
- Focal point for ensuring that all integrity related issues are managed and that the appropriate support is provided to the Operations manager and to the onshore and offshore Operations Teams.
- Develop integrity procedures as required and then be responsible for their implementation. Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate and business best practices.
- Be familiar with the appropriate statutory legislation, Safety Case and Safety Management Systems used to support the role.
- Provide technical advice to onshore/offshore personnel as and when required.
- Provide onshore support for the planning, and execution of the integrity strategies and work scopes, including shutdowns.
- Ensure appropriate contract management to ensure alignment with platform business/compliance objectives. Mobilize and manage personnel as required
- Ensure change control is adhered to, prior to accepting modifications as being completed.
- Carry out regular offshore visits to ensure full understanding of their needs in relation to integrity related issues.
- Develop, prepare and issue annual budget forecasts for assigned budget scope. Monitor monthly costs against approved annual and ad-hoc budgets

Skills and Qualifications
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent
* Previous industrial experience in the oil & gas industry working as an Integrity Engineer
* Good communication skills
* Self motivated and enthusiastic when working as part of a team or on own initiative
