Our client a small start up oil & gas company located in North Houston is seeking a Production Engineering Manager.

The Production Engineering Manager would be responsible for production operations and engineering. They would work in a team environment to efficiently, and safely, plan and execute daily production operations and installation of new surface facilities.

Successful candidates for this role :
*Must be operationally proficient in managing onshore production operations and surface facilities.
*Must be capable of recruiting, leading, motivating and retaining the workforce required to execute assigned operations in the most efficient manner possible.
*Must be capable of making critical decisions under pressure and managing emergency situations with confidence and ease.
*Minimum 15 years of industry experience is required, with emphasis on production operations and engineering.
*Engineering Degree Required.
