Job Description
DIMENSIONS:No direct subordinates, but need to manage contractors within this area
If required support to the following activities could also be needed:
- MandI input to contracts scope of work.
- Establish maintenance specialist contracts as required.
- Establish procedures and standards as required for delivering M&I scope of work.
- Define or provide input to maintenance philosophy.
- Seek support from technical disciplines in operations, and support from operations technical authorities according to agreements.
- Define or provide input to maintenance training requirements.
- Update of maintenance procedures and instructions for new equipment.
- Contribute to commissioning and start-up strategies.
- Participate in Operations Readiness Reviews and pre-start-up audits.
- Ensure documentation handover according to requirements.
- Ensure delivery and follow-up of Discipline Standards (DCAF).

SPECIAL CHALLENGES:
Deliver Maintenance and Inspection program OR-deliverables in a matrix organization in P&T with close interfaces to delivery teams, project leads and the operations department and EPCMs and maintenance contractor.
EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Engineer with minimum 5 years of operational experience and relevant Maintenance and Inspection program experience in the oil and gas industry.
Project experience is valuable but not a requirement.
Lack of formal qualifications may be compensated with extensive operational experience.
Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviours will be taken into account during the selection phase.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
For the OR&A positions the work will be going on in several locations in the early stages of the project. For surface studies and FEED activity most of the work will be going on in Aberdeen, and Stavanger for subsea studies and FEED activities. For project activities from FEED through execution phase of the projects, main locations will be Stavanger and Oslo. When the projects are approaching handover and the operations phase, most of the activities will move to Kristiansund. Hence basic work location may be both Stavanger and Kristiansund for this job. It is required that personnel will travel and participate on several work locations and for some time this may also mean being stationed at a different work location for a period.
REMARKS:
- Start date: ASAP - 1 year with Possibility of extension 4+ years.
- Must quality check against maintenance engineering, e-spir, bill of materials, manufacturing of maintenance and inspection programs.
