Project Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Controls overall project planning and engineering design based on contractor's information and contract tracking
  • Monitors the construction execution progress and quality
  • Controls overall project budget, based on information compiled from all parties
  • Reviews the invoices from contractors followed up with the disbursement from Finance & Accounting Department
  • Coordinates with other departments, contractors, and CNOOC's site team in regards to gas project status
  • Supervises the daily administration and filing system, including e-filing system
  • Prepares the bid documents and evaluation
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent, Master Degree in engineering as well as business management preferable.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in Oil and Gas Industries, especially Offshore Facilities.
  • Own experience in project engineering coordination of the facilities design and bid package preparation and an exposure on Bidding and Tendering.
  • Shall be computer literate and familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 and safety management.
  • Shall have past experience in managing multi discipline engineering teams for facilities.
  • Good written/ spoken language communication skill in English.
