Senior HSE Advisor - Leading Oil and Gas company - Perth

Allow me to explain this very autonomous position to you!
- You would manage all HSE operations,
- Facilitate and manage risk assessments,
- Carry out investigations,
- write the Safety programmes for WA,
- build and develop regulator relations,
- Coaching and mentoring,
- documentation,
- you MUST be able to communicate on all levels,
- 50% travel around WA,
- carry out tactical and strategic duties
Skills needed:
- Proven HSE skills, preferably with qualifications in HSE
- Experience in Heavy Industry,
- You may have come from and O&G or mining background,
- You would preferably have a mechanicalbackground,
- a technical AND safety background,
- Strong communication and excellent negotiation skills,
- Coaching and mentoring skills,
- you must be able to engage with both managers and the team
