Contracts Manager - Construction

Responsibilities:
Review contracts documents on tender and advise on pitfalls and essential requirements.
Formulate systems, formalize contracts, draw up payment terms, plan schedules, arrange performance bonds and insurances with finance departments
Put-up Work Order, prepare Project Checklist & Budget, distribute important project documents, conduct a kick-off meeting with the operations staff
Monitor of QS in managing monthly project claims, finalization of Accounts with clients and sub-contractorsand weekly cash flow projections
Handle disputes, assist solicitors and claim consultants on all litigation, arbitration processes
Monitor progress at project sites
Assist in documenting delays and report to clients
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Building, QS, Management or Structural/ Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years in management
Must have experience in reviewing contracts documents on tender and advise on pitfalls and essentials requirements
Must have experience in formulating systems and formalizing contracts
Must have extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating construction projects, preferably in steel design and build arrangement
