Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering(Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Job role in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
MINIMUM 5 YEARS IN CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION
Must be knowledgeable in Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts
Must be able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation
Knowledge in Structural Steelworks is an advantage
