Progressive is working on behalf of a large oil and gas global company. It is a recent entrant into the Australian market and is embarking on massive expansion plans in their Perth office. We are search for an exceptional Exploration Geologist to support the accelerated growth.
Responsibilities:
* Geological data management
* Seismic / Well data evaluation & interpretation
* Ability to review and integrate third party geological and geophysical studies
* Play, prospect and lead analysis, risk assessment and volumetrics
* Preparation of well proposals and post well analysis
* Written and verbal reporting and presentations
* Deliver feedback & input into partner meetings
Experience:
Must be Australian Permanent Resident
* Min of 5 years industry experience – Geology / Geophysicists degree
* Geological experience in an operating E&P company
* Proven experience in geological evaluation across different phases of exploration and operational activity
* Strong technical ability & sound business acumen
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player who can converse well with multi diverse groups
