Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and consultation to end customers, engineers and internal/external service sales enquiries.
Responsible for day to day operation of the propulsion team
Planning and development of the team's competencies and well being of engineers.
Coordinates with internal & global Business Units for optimized resources utilization.
Provide and execute new business plan/ideas through quarterly review to ensure that the annual business targets are met

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
More than 5 years relevant working experience with 2 to 3 years experience as a management role in leading a team of engineers
Service and commissioning experience of similar equipment (Switchboards,VFD's, and/or Electrical machines)
Knowledge and experience in the relevant marine applications (Electrical AC/DC drives and Marine Electrical Propulsion system)
Highly adaptable,Communicate effectively, Initiative, Self motivation,Hands-on and Team player
Willing to work or perform site inspection on marine and offshore vessel,rigs and platform
Willing to travel frequently within SEA/Asia-Pacific
