Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers responsible for the service & commissioning of marine & offshore power plant system
Provide technical support, consultation services to end customers, engineers and internal/external service sales enquiries.
Responsible for day to day operation of the power team
Plan and develop of the team's competencies in line with business needs
Coordinate with internal & global Business Units for optimized resources utilization
Provide and execute new business plan/ideas through quarterly review to ensure that the annual business targets are met.

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience as a management role in leading a team of engineers
Service and commissioning experience of similar equipment (Power Plants, Switchboards,VFD's,and /or Electrical machines)
Knowledge and experience in the relevant marine applications (Electrical AC/DC drives and Marine Electrical Power System)
Highly adaptable, Communicate effectively, Initiative , Self motivation,Hands-on and Team player
Willing to work or perform site inspection on marine and offshore vessel,rigs and platform
Willing to travel frequently within SEA/Asia-Pacific
