An international HSE consultancy with offices throughout the UK and a rapidly growing global Risk and Safety Team are seeking to recruit an experienced Risk and Safety specialist or manager. The majority of their work is in the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors for onshore and offshore facilities around the world.
Applicants should have a science or engineering degree relevant to Technical Risk and Safety assessment for major hazard industries and experience in some of the following:

HAZID Chair/Scribe
HAZOP Chair/Scribe
SIL/ LOPA Chair/Scribe
Consequence Assessment
QRA
Preparation of HSE Cases/ COMAH Safety Reports
SIMOPS Assessment
Bow tie analysis
Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Assessment
Emergency Systems Survivability Assessment
Safety critical elements and performance standards
Emergency Response
Fire and gas engineering
RAM Analysis
HSE Management Systems
HSE audits
Dependent upon the number of years of experience we would expect demonstrable:
Experience of managing projects and personnel
Strong knowledge of the oil & gas sector and other areas such as chemical and process industries
Ideally we would like individuals with experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical sectors. Of particular interest are candidates with experience of work in Middle East, South Africa or Russia.
