This is a great opportunity to join a medium sized independent E&P company for their current requirement as a Production Engineer.
You will be responsible for production operations and surveillance for multiple producing fields. Develop and implement production optimization strategies, oversee work over and re-completion programs, management of construction projects, production engineering support for prospective property acquisitions, and work with production foremen and field personnel on a daily basis.

Requirements:
-Working knowledge of reservoir, drilling and geology sufficient to allow effective interaction and support in these areas as it relates to current operations and acquisition review and evaluation.
-Ability to work in a multi-discipline team environment where technology and individual responsibility are emphasized.
-Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must adapt interaction with a variety of contacts, both internal and external.
-Ability to interface with a multi-disciplined team on prospect evaluations and development options.
