Working closely with this subsea leader, Progressive is looking for a new tender manager or bid manager to head up the Perth office and assist the executive level management to secure long-term business across Australia.
This company is on the up and up, now manning their future facility; this company is investing heavily in the Perth oil and gas industry. Securing project will be the main focus of this company at the present time and into 2011, focusing on both smaller projects ($5 million - $50 million) and of course the whopping great big projects ($100 million - $400 million).

You will have excellent experience in managing a team of contract engineers; have experience in building tender proposals along side technical engineering staff as well as commercial management.
Requirements;
- Subsea Equipment installation experience (preferred but not necessary) - if you come from a subsea construction background or large equipment supply background that is fine.
- Mechanical Engineering or Subsea Engineering experience
- Tender and proposal generation experience
- Some knowledge of Estimating would be a bonus
- Commercial negotiation experience
- Bid and team management experience
