PROJECT MANAGER
Primary Objective
This role is responsible for management and co-ordination of major multidiscipline upstream oil & gas engineering projects associated with both Greenfield and Brownfield sites. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of teams of Project Engineers, Discipline Engineers and Designers and other specialists involved in the development of major projects at various stages from conceptual design through to detail design, implementation and commissioning.

Requirements:
• Demonstrable commitment to HSE management in a project environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A proven track record in managing major projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for significant oil & gas projects
• Working knowledge of industry standard business support systems i.e. project planning packages, cost management systems, ISO9001 quality management systems
• A high level of customer focus
• Relevant engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years oil & gas industry experience
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice
• Local standard remuneration will apply


PROJECT ENGINEER
Primary Objective
Manage and Coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure the project is executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

Requirements:
• Relevant engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years oil & gas industry experience
• Experience in handling major oil & gas projects with minimum 5 years as a Project Engineer
• A high level of customer focus
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice
• Excellent communication skill with all level of positions


CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MEDAN BASED
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management of which big part on a petro-chemical plant, and including larger size projects
• At least the last 5 years of experience working as Construction Manager
• Fluent in written and spoken English and ability to speak local language would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skill and able to work within multicultural environment
• Good knowledge and experience in Safety Management and Implementation
• Good knowledge and experience in Quality Management and Implementation
• Preferably have Mechanical Engineering background, with sufficient knowledge of Civil and E&I to understand drawings and be able to inspect quality and compliance in the field
• Sufficient experience in Contract Management (cost, understand contract, claim management, extra work administration, trouble shooting)
• Sufficient experience in Schedule management (able to operate MS Project)
• Training will be provided to meet company s standards and requirements for construction management
