GAS PRODUCTION CONTROLLER
BASIC PURPOSES / RESPONSIBILITIES
As member of a multi-discipline team, the Production Controller provides day to day management of the gas export pipeline system , ensuring safe gas delivery operation, gas nominations are met and the fields are produced optimally, balancing the needs of maintenance, well operations, projects and customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
• Acts on behalf of Sellers Representative, Pipeline Operator, WNG Supply Group Representative, and Block B PSC to co-ordinate and verifies gas nominations from customers, operate and control Singapore ORF and Duyong ORF.
• The duty controller ensures buyers and producers are kept up to date with their gas supply position within the day, and notify them of any production upsets likely to cause under delivery.
• Function advises the WNTS management and WNG production teams on issues relating to production, short term production planning and contract performance.
• Accountable to monitor integrity of total pipeline system.
• Accountable to coordinate communication between suppliers and Jakarta management, point of contact with Pipeline Protection vessel, any field activities related to pipeline integrity management.


QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimal Education Bachelor Degree, preferably major in mechanical, process or control system.

LEGAL COUNSEL
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support for Upstream Exploration & Production activities of the Indonesia business unit.
• Provide legal advice for a variety of upstream oil and gas matters, including those related to regulatory issues, human resources, environmental, commercial, operation, project and procurement related issues.
• Prepare and negotiate legal and commercial agreements, including those related to acquisitions and divestitures, onshore and offshore major construction projects, drilling, field production and other operations, transportation and gas sales.
• Provide legal advice relating to any potential or existing litigation proceedings and, when necessary, manage outside legal services for local or International arbitration as well as other significant dispute resolution procedures.
• Provide legal advice on issues relating to ethics and compliance including the relevant US, UK and local laws impacting the Business Unit such as anti corruption, anti boycott and export control including to provide advice and guidance to any matters related to ethical misconduct.
• Report to the VP Legal, Jakarta Legal Department.


Qualifications:
• Thorough working knowledge of the purpose of and legal issues arising in connection with agreements and other arrangements commonly used in the upstream oil & gas business, including exploration and production sharing contacts, licenses, concessions, joint operating agreements, other common joint venture agreements, major offshore or onshore constructions contracts, drilling contracts, services agreements, oil and gas processing and transportation agreements, gas sales agreements and other transactional documents. Petroleum industry procurement (PTK 007) certified is a plus.
• In addition to superior knowledge on laws and regulations relating to upstream oil and gas operation, candidate must be well versed on issues relating to the local anti corruption laws and regulations including excellent understanding on the US FCPA as well as UK Bribery Act.

MANAGER SECURITY OPERATIONS
BASIC PURPOSE & SCOPE
The Manager Security is responsible to:
• Identify, protect and mitigate risks to company personnel, assets and reputation.

Rotating Equipment Engineering
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for the technical support and reliability of all Rotating/Mechanical Equipment (turbo machinery, compressors, engines, etc.) in COPI both onshore and offshore. Coach, train and evaluate the performance of rotating equipment personnel.


WORK DUTIES
• Provide expertise and technical guidance in installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
• Optimize the performance of rotating equipment.
• Give primary attention to gas compression, power generation, reciprocating compressors, gas turbines (Solar, Rolls-Royce RB211 s and Avons), and the mechanical systems and processes supporting these components.
• Drive strategy and programs and primary rotating equipment maintenance in accordance with the ConocoPhillips maintenance and reliability framework.
• Provide budget estimates and costs for programs and strategies and rotating equipment work for Operations for the purposes of the budget and LRP.
• Support failure investigation processes, RCA, identification of problems through analysis, and provide technical solutions for rotating equipment problems.
• Engage with OEMs to get full technical support for all COPI issues with rotating equipment.
• Follow up on findings from turbo machinery performance monitoring (predictive maintenance) to prevent equipment failures.
• Have excellent teamwork with all Operations and Maintenance personnel to ensure appropriate support.
• Attend all routine Operations morning meetings to represent the M&R group.

QUALIFICATIONS
Mechanical Engineering degree with a minimum of 7-15 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
Rotating equipment engineering experience with an operations or maintenance background.
• Fundamental skills in fluid dynamics, energy conversion, dynamic response and vibration applied to machinery and equipment. Knowledge of RR Avons/RB211 s and Solar turbines. Experience in Video image scoping equipment and interpretation of images is desired.
• Broad knowledge in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair of rotating equipment (including turbo machinery) used in gas/condensate/oil facilities.

Sr. Process Engineer
BASIC PURPOSE
Sr. Process Engineer is responsible for the overall process stability as per the plant design intended through providing Process Engineering expertise, guidance and assistance to field operations in all matters relating to facility engineering design and operability issues, with a strong emphasis on value adding activities and risk minimization; Responsible to provide innovation for plant production optimization; Responsible to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting efforts and leading process optimization efforts for gas compression system, gas-oil separation, liquid handling and pigging operation, dew point unit, etc; Responsible to provide daily technical assistance and support include leading the Root Cause Analysis techniques and implement solutions to reduce repetitive failures.

NATURE AND SCOPE
• Provide Process Engineering support to Area Field Engineer and Operation team for day to day operation.
• Diagnose process problems in the respective facilities, seek opportunity to reduce operating cost, increase production and conserve energy.
• Participate in regular operation production metrics review and other relevant downtime investigation meeting.
• Champion process assessments of facility changes through the Management of Change (MoC) process.
• Able to develop complex HYSYS model and simulation.
• Perform heat transfer, piping hydraulic, multi-phase flow, hydraulic flash and PVT calculations.
• Develop Front End Loading (FEL) for any expansion/ modification project to improve plant performance.
• Participate and contribute in all aspects of the process/ facilities design for all phases of offshore asset Project. This includes concept optimization, development of process simulations, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment/line sizing, SAFE charts, and all other process documentation required by other engineering disciplines. This also includes specification, purchase, testing, installation, commissioning and start-up of all process equipment and systems.
• Participate in offshore project commissioning, start-up, operational trouble-shooting, and project close-out.
• Able to lead failure analysis through Root Cause Investigation (RCA) process and develop mitigation plans to reduce repetitive failure.


JOB REQUIREMENT
• University degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least 10 years of process design and operation, experience in oil and gas facilities or petrochemical plant with most of this time is in gas conditioning and processing.
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a working knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus general understanding of other discipline activities.
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Process Engineering tools/ Process Simulators and Computer models, including HYSYS, PIPESIM, and equipment rating programs.

Job Description
• Support other disciplines to identify and evaluate optimum field development scenarios.

TAX ADVISOR
BASIC PURPOSE
• To review monthly tax compliance, i.e. PPh 21/26, PPh 23/26, PPh 25, Final Tax, and VAT.
• To review the COPI group annual tax compliance, i.e. Annual Corporate Tax Return, and Annual Employee Tax Return, in a timely manner.
• To continuously update oneself on legal and regulatory developments in the taxation practice.
• To conduct and monitor the reconciliation to all relevant accounts.

TEAM LEAD SECURITY COORDINATOR ONSHORE
BASIC PURPOSE & SCOPE
• To Organize, monitor and evaluate activity and daily task of all security coordinator at onshore area.
• To support and build close coordination and relationship with onshore installation manager (OIM) and his subordinate with regards to security arrangement at site.
• To support and build close coordination and relationship with other COPI function at site i.e. DNR, land matter etc.
• Assist Deputy Security Operations Manager (DSOM) and Security Operations Manager (SOM) in the various functions at onshore operations area such as development, training, performance appraisals, manpower plans and budget and other related task as directed DSOM & SOM
• Ensure that all security personnel at onshore operations comply to HSE, follow business ethics, and COPI regulations
• Implement / monitor security measures across COPI to ensure appropriate security levels are maintained, and that COPI is in compliance with the Indonesian government regulation, Corporate SPIRIT, and the "Voluntary Principles on Security & Human Rights".
• To manage the security status and maintenance of the COPI Onshore security program (SVA, Audits, etc) as determined by the COPI Security Management.
• To identify, and mitigate risks to personnel and company assets resulting in personal security of employees and families, and prevent asset loss.
• Ensure contracted services are meeting KPI requirements, conduct regular review with related personnel and finalize the KPI percentage and signed by all parties on monthly basis.

BASIC PURPOSE
The Environmental Specialist (Waste Management) assists in the advice, support and information gathering of Environmental and Regulatory matters related to waste management. This role assists in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and COPI HSE policies and standards

NATURE AND SCOPE
