Document Controller Cum Drafter (1 Year Contract) - minimum S$3,000 per month.
Job Roles:
· Maintain an updated listing of design drawings, specifications, procurement documents, project quality plans and procedures, contractor QA manual and procedures, inspection reports, test reports, audits plans, audit reports, non-conformance reports, surveillance reports and as-built drawings at their respective locations.
· Record all documents received in the document received log, verifying that the documents have the appropriate signatures, numbering scheme and revision status as required by engineering procedure.
· Assign controlled copy numbers to individuals receiving copies of controlled documents.
· Generate document transmittal log, to identify each document issued to controlled copy holders, indicating the documents number, revision, document title, etc.
· Review and check whether a document is complete, legible, reproducible, traceable and accurate.
· Update marked-up drawings submitted by contractors or vendors using AutoCad.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum qualification - Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
· At least 2 years experience in documentation control & drafting work for EPC projects, etc.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work well with people.
· Familiar with latest AutoCad version and some knowledge in piping & electrical drawings such as P&ID, piping GA, isometric drawing, motor schematics, logic diagrams, etc.
· Possess computer skills such as Excel, Words, Microsoft Project, Access, etc.
· Able to commit to the job for a period of one year, with a possibility of extension subject to performance.
· Good working attitude, and be willing to work in Jurong Island.
(Transport pick-up at Jurong East MRT).
· Only Singaporeans or SPR need apply.
