Project Cost Engineer
SGD 3500 – 4500
Responsibilities:
* Gather & maintain cost information, prepare updates and forecast & actual spend data
* Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims
* Cost Estimation and Submission of Variation Order Claims
* Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors for issuing the change order, verification of sub-contractors’ progress & VO claims, sub-contract cost control & payment
* Assist Project Manager in budget revision and project cost control
Requirements:
* Min. Degree in Engineering / Finance
* Possess at least 3 years of project cost control experience in Chemical / Oil & Gas industry
* Possess good communications & interpersonal skills
* Meticulous, have an eye for details and committed
* Able to commit for 2 years
* Singaporeans / SPRs / Foreigners may apply
