We are currently representing a leading company headquartered in Germany in the premium sanitary products industry to seek an experienced Technical Manager to join its division in Indonesia.
Technical Manager
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business Development Management Team to optimize and support company's projects and specification activities
Assess pre-specification evaluation with contractors and building managers to verify appropriate products will work in specific areas
Assist in conducting pre-installation training to installers/contractors for major projects
Offer maintenance training and ensure all understands how to adjust and maintain products to gain maximum performance and longevity
Assess and process customer returns in liaison with the regional office
Appraise product warrant situations and arrange spare parts and samples when required
Assign service engineers with on-site technical advice and support
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical)
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably gained from the building materials or sanitary products industry
Demonstrate solid technical appreciation of the Indonesia market and products is a must
Also involved in After-Sales activity
Confident and customer-oriented with a good personality
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
