Progressive is looking for a i-field Support Engineer to work for one of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides technical support and expertise to end users on all integrated field related issues. This support includes use of IPM and other Petroleum engineering applications use of SmartSignal and other Machinery type applications, interface with end users and Corporate technical resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Successful deployment and long term sustainability of i-field solutions will depend on the support in place to manage and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. In addition, this position will assist with training new personnel, support on-going training requirements, and address requests for changes and/or additional workflows that require in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Dedicated i-field solutions champion to quickly and effectively handle questions and issues related to i-field solutions.
- Provide quick turnaround on changes/new ideas.
- Collaborate with other teams/people on application servers and other foundational IT competencies.
- Work with the Integrated Production Modeling Toolkit (IPMT) from PetEx ad workflows, and support end users in using these tools.
- Work with the KAPPA-Diamant Suite of tools and support end users in using this application.
- Work with SmartSignal, CompTest, CompSim, and support end users in using these tools.
