Responsibilities: • Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians • Responsible for the construction phase of project execution from contract agreement to completion • Planned and manage site resources to ensure projects are completed with high quality, on schedule and within budget • Coordinates with customer, consultants, main/sub-contractors and suppliers on project related work • Manage subcontractors on construction activities, schedule, quality, HSE and etc • Conduct site meetings with subcontractor to monitor project schedule, quality, HSE • Manage costing for all material and non-material cost elements • Maintain and build long term relationship with existing customers, consultants, subcontractor and etc Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry (E-House and / or FPSO module fabrication) • Must have a proven track record in project/site management • Good leadership qualities, integrity and commitment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong oral presentation and written communication skills • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills • Overseas travelling is required for this position. • Singaporeans/SPR and foreigners with EP holders (no restriction to races/nationalities) are welcome to apply Interested applicants kindly submit your resume in Microsoft Word document to ckleng@careerexpress.com.sg | |
