| PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES General requirements and responsibilities Operations: · Perform his or her duties in compliance with Vietnam Regulations / laws and BD POC company policies. · Contribute to improve project scope, goals and deliverables that support COMPANY business processes. · Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. · Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and CONTRACTOR in a timely and clear fashion. · Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. · Set and continually manage project expectations with team members · Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. · Work with CONTRACTOR and COMPANY project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones. · Track project milestones and deliverables. · Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, presentations, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. · Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. · Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. · Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and CONTRACTOR, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. · Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Contracting / procurement: · Support the commercial group during the development of the tender packages and in the execution of the tendering process. · Evaluate technical and commercial tender submissions ensuring that the service providers selected will meet the technical and commercial objectives · Ensure that contractors that provide production and services are ready in time. |
| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: · 8 years minimum experience and in depth knowledge in petrochemical plants, oil &gas production asset management and maintenance. · Minimum 5 years experience in project management of construction or maintenance · Having experience in management of development project MAXIM0 or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), or SAP application for oil and gas operators · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) · Certified in Maximo v6 or v7 or SAP · Certificate related to Project Management |
