Process Engineer

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- At least 5-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Min. 3-4 years in Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in oil & gas sector)
- Good knowledge of procurement practices related to Process Engineering
- Good knowledge of Safety & Quality procedures
- Team player, action-oriented, works effectively in a multicultural environment, proactive

Senior Process Engineer

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Min. 6-8 years in Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector)
- Technical Skill:
- Review project execution, contract, scope of work, and scope of facilities as applicable.
- Lead the procurement for the assigned project/proposal
- Ensure all design deliverables meet the requirements of the Quality Management System, internal standards, Code of Practice, and Client/Project requirements
- Lead the interface management within the other engineering disciplines and external interface with client/third party
- Develop & promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and productivity
- Independently lead medium size project or lead a part of major project/proposal
- Team player, action-oriented, works effectively in a multicultural environment, proactive

Principal Process Engineer

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- At least 17 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Min.10 years in Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector)
- Technical Skill:
- Independently lead medium / major sized project or major proposal
- Checking/review of drawings/documents
- Carry out proposal engineering which includes Bid review, clarifications, manhour, and cost estimates
- Perform contract reviews
- Control of quality, schedule, and budget
- Manage performance appraisals, training needs and career development of assigned personnel
- Review of work done by lead engineers
- Supervision of Proposal engineering work done by other engineers
- Capable to work as Group leader overseeing a group of lead engineers
- Provide guidance & supervision to designers/engineers
- Plan & allocate work as per SMART principle
- Interface management with other disciplines as well as site / client etc
- Assist in the recruitment of competent engineers/designers
- Conduct quality audits and plan for improvement in the quality and productivity
- Team player, action-oriented, works effectively in a multicultural environment, proactive
