Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 17 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Min.15 years in Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector). Execution of at least one medium size project as Lead Engineer
- Technical Skill:
. Independently lead medium / major sized project or major proposal
. Ensure equipment design integrity whilst leading the static engineering group on project / proposal
. Ensure integrity of work scope and all work are carried in accordance with applicable codes and standards
. Manage and design change within project and schedule framework
. Facilitate and develop a productive & cohesive team
. Ensure that team consistently works within the Quality Management System
. Ensure and facilitates an awareness of HSSE in design across the discipline
. Develop and promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and productivity on the project & allocated manhours
. Identify and review new technological developments / new practices in industries
. Manage performance appraisals, competency development, and career development
. Ability to assist in the recruitment of competent discipline engineering and design personnel
. Team player, action-oriented, works effectively in a multicultural environment, proactive
