(Jakarta Raya) Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation) or equivalent.
- At least 11 - 16 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Min. 8-10 years in Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector)
- Technical skill:
- Review project execution contract, scope of work, scope of facilities, and applicable liability for various requirement for electrical scope for project / proposals
- Lead the development of Design Basis, Overall Control and Safeguarding system architecture drawing, other philosophy documents like Earthing philosophy, Fire & Gas Detection philosophy, Emerge
- Review sizing of all major Control Valves, flow elements, safety valves, restriction orifices
- Develop the interface between the Mechanical package group (Static/Rotating) & the Instrumentation group and ensure the applicability of the same though the design and testing phase
- Actively participate in P&ID, plat plan design reviews and provide the required input
- Actively participate in HAZOP, SIL studies and ensure close out of actions as allocated to the group and also verify the SIL verification results
- Review the instrumentation item data sheets, project specifications and scope of work
- Lead the procurement engineering for all major instrumentation equipment and the instrumentation of major mechanical packages for the assigned project / proposal
- Ensure that all design deliverables meets the requirement of the Quality Management System, internal standards & Code of Practice and Client / Project Specific requirements
- Lead the interface management with the other engineering disciplines and external interface with third party
- Assist Lead Engineer to prepare Technical Document Register (TDR) and the Procurement Tracking Register (PTR). Also review the activities related to planning, progress monitoring and schedule
- Assist the lead engineer to prepare budgetary cost estimates as required to provide an input to contract variations
- Able to guide the team of engineers on issues related to Management of Change on critical design document viz. P&IDs, Cause & Effects, Control narratives etc.
- Develop and promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and productivity on project/proposal
- Independently lead medium size project or lead a part of major project / proposal
- Actively participate in development of the sequence of Instrumentation installation & commissioning and assist site team during construction and commissioning phase of the project
- Lead a team of engineers at the FAT for the Control & Safeguarding systems, complex package UCPs, Well Head Control Panels, Condition Monitoring systems etc
- Ensure the awareness levels within the team on e-BMS related procedures and the adherence to the project Quality plan, Engineering Execution plan and Contract administration procedures
- Liaise and provide directions to teams at the offshore engineering centers on issues pertaining to his/her area of responsibility on the project
