Currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of:  
 
Principal Instrumentation Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)


Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation) or equivalent.
    • At least 17 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Min. 14 years in Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector or Petrochemical Industries)
    • Proven capability to lead a group of senior and junior engineers in medium / major size project / proposal
    • Ensure Instrumentation & Control design integrity whilst leading the Instrumentation engineering group on project / proposal
    • Ensure work is carried out competently and effectively, within time and budget constraints
    • Lead technical integrity checks of the project deliverables as part of peer review
    • Manage design change within project and schedule framework
    • Facilitate and develop a productive and cohesive team
    • Ensure that team consistently works within the Quality Management System and participate in the quality audits
    • Ensure and facilitates an awareness of HSSE in Design across the discipline within assigned project
    • Develop and promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and productivity on the projects and control of allocated manhours
    • Identify and review new technologies development / new practices in industries which may provide more efficient and cost effective solutions
    • Manage performance appraisals, competency development and career development of the assigned personnel
    • Assist in the recruitment of competent discipline engineering and design personnel
    • Team player, action-oriented, works effectively in a multicultural environment, proactive
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • Full-Time positions available.
