Recruitment Consultant (Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/Pharmaceutical)
Perform part of recruiting such as Internet sourcing, technical recruiting, and interviewing, pre-qualifying candidates, arranging technical evaluation, pre-closing and closing candidates.
Administrative duties include :
1. Screening / validating the resumes from database
2. Actively seek candidates to fit specific openings and proactive profiles
3. Negotiating terms with candidates within agreed guidelines
4. Interview follow ups
5. Coordinating with candidates for interview.
6. Mail Interaction
Requirements:-
1. Diploma of engineering/relevant disciplines
2. Min. 1 year experience as recruitment consultant or in similar capacity
3. Able to converse in Chinese.
