ENGINEERING JOBS
Facilities Engineer (Senior or Principle)
Responsibilities:
· Familiar with the various local codes/authorities requirement for the design of:
a) plumbing & sanitary system,
b) fire protection system,
c) air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system,
d) and other building services system
For developments such as commercial/residential, industrial, process and infrastructure developments.
· Familiar with the preparation/calling & award of tender documentation for building services works packages
· Able to carry out tender/technical evaluation for the tender submissions including subsequent consultant's project management of the building services subcontract works.
· Assist the Professional Engineer to ensure works carried out by building services subcontractors would comply with the approved drawings and local permitting standards or requirements for successful TOP/CSC clearance of the project
Requirements:
The candidate shall possess a Degree in Engineering (Building Services or Mechanical) and shall have at least 5 years experience in building services design and some site coordination.
Must have experienced in Singapore and understand Singapore codes/regulation
Familiar with Singapore authorities requirement.
