Production Engineer for leading global E&P company based in Houston, Texas.
Primary job duties involve well surveillance, identifying and carrying out production improvement opportunities on wells, facilities, operations. Manage capital programs involving project management of drilling and re completions of existing wells from planning to execution, providing cost evaluations and assessments through to project tracking. Will also coordinate reviews with field operations and engineering personnel to optimize individual well performance.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a production engineer for an operator. Specific experience with hydraulic fracturing. Understanding of formation damage, identification and remediation.
Additionally, desired qualifications include: Tight Oil experience, preferably in the Williston Basin, experience with complex Horizontal completions involving multiple hydraulic fractures.
