Responsibilities: • Prepare and update of contractual documents and project plans. • Plan manpower resources, project schedules and budget • Monitored project progress and ensure project objectives are met • Managed contractual agreement • Work closely with various cross functional team to ensure FAT are carried out in a timely order • Build and maintain good relationships with customers. • Ensure staff are qualified and trained to carry out their task • Identify and evaluate training needs for staff. • To lead and motivate staff so as to achieve corporate objectives • Assist the team to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and committed to success of the project • Identifies risk exposure and risk mitigation measures • Ensure HSE regulation is enforced and compliant with • Approval of Permit To Work (PTW) for all testing Requirements: • Degree in Engineering with at least of 5 years of relevant experience in project management in the oil and gas/petrochemical related industries • Well verse in instrumentation control system such as DCS /SCADA/PLC and etc • Must have strong leadership and organization skills • Self-starter and team player • Strong people management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) • Skill in negotiation and conflict resolution • Able to work in a multi-cultured environment • Singaporeans/SPR and foreigners with EP holders (no restriction to races/nationalities) are welcome to apply   Interested applicants kindly submit your resume in Microsoft Word document to ckleng@careerexpress.com.sg | |
