CARGO SUPERVISOR/ CARGO TECHNICIAN
(Kelantan & Terengganu, Malaysia)
 
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid and recognize Certificate of Competency Class II/ III (Deck/ Marine) with tanker endorsement.
  • A minimum of 10 yrs maritime experience with at least 3 years experience in the minimum capacity as Second Officer (for Cargo Supervisor post) or Third Officer (for Cargo Technician post) of FSO/ FPSO/ petroleum tanker.
  • Preferably with BOSIET certificates.
  • Must have GMDSS certification - GOC Certificate.
  • Must have good experience in cargo planning, tank cleaning operations and metering of FPSO/ FSO. Manage and implement marine ISM Code, Oil and Gas industry HSE standards/ regulations and its implementation, especially the 'Permit To Work System', Safety Management System and oil spill response.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislative/ statutory requirements with respect to overall operations of the FSO/ marine terminal.
  • Must have attended Tanker Familiarization Course.
  • Must possess good supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a good command of written and spoken English.
