ENGINEERING JOBS
Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility
Technical studies, design, preparation of specifications and project testing.
Supervision of Assistant Engineer and/or Technician as assigned and supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site
Assume responsibility for the successful completion of the projects and meet customers satisfaction
Plan work schedule for the project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor
Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site
Coordinates planning, testing, and operating phases to complete project
Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner
Check and ensure all installations to conform to project specifications
Update projects progress regularly to his supervisor
System applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning
Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors
Technical Diploma/ITC or 6 years experience in lieu
Diploma with 2 years relevant experience, ITC certificate with 3 years relevant experience of 5 years experience in Building Services, M&E or
construction. Knowledge of Building Automation System, Security or Fire System is an added advantage
English/Mandarin essential, dialects preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
2 years of supervisory experience
